Join us in pursuing solutions for a sustainable future.** ACCIONA, within its Urban Services business line, is hiring two Environmental Educators at its Almería office.**Position Description** ### **Mission** Promote public awareness and citizen participation regarding waste management, street cleaning, recycling, and sustainability, contributing to the improvement of the urban environment and the achievement of the service’s environmental objectives. ### **Responsibilities** * Implement environmental education and awareness campaigns targeting the general public. * Conduct informational activities on street cleaning, recycling, and waste management. * Deliver workshops and educational activities in schools, associations, and other community groups. * Respond to inquiries and encourage citizen participation in environmental initiatives. * Collaborate in selective collection and recycling campaigns. * Prepare activity reports and performance monitoring summaries. * Manage outreach materials and support the organization of environmental events and forums. **Candidate Requirements** **Requirements:** * Higher Vocational Training (FP) degree in Environmental Education and Control or equivalent qualification. * Additional training in environmental education, sustainability, or citizen participation is desirable. * Experience in awareness-raising and environmental education campaigns is desirable. * Experience in projects related to waste, recycling, or urban cleaning is desirable. * A valid driver’s license is desirable. **Competencies:** * Communication and outreach skills. * Public speaking ability and group facilitation skills. * Citizen-oriented mindset. * Organization, autonomy, and initiative. * Teamwork and adaptability. *We are a company that values diversity as a source of talent and therefore work to foster an inclusive environment that promotes respect, belonging, and commitment—ensuring all individuals can participate on equal terms.
