Main responsibilities will include coordinating and supervising the maintenance of facilities under their responsibility, as well as managing associated personnel, performing tasks such as: 1\. Regularly report on maintenance activities of assigned facilities. 2\. Plan and schedule work for staff and supervisors. 3\. Verify proper execution of work order processes. 4\. Prepare reports. 5\. Support maintenance operations at the site. 6\. Respond to any incidents that may arise and/or report them to the immediate supervisor. 7\. Monitor work records and working hours. 8\. Ensure compliance with project execution deadlines. 9\. Organize assigned materials and equipment, ensuring proper use of tools and resources.
