**Vacancies Planned** ---------------------- 6 **Company** ----------- Tragsa **Project / Reason for Hiring** --------------------------------- Empresa de Transformación Agraria, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., parent company of the TRAGSA GROUP, specialized in activities related to rural development and nature conservation, is seeking to hire 6 Foremen/Forewomen for construction projects in Almería. **Work Location** -------------------- * Almería Address: CALLE ACEBO S/N BAJO Work will be carried out primarily on construction sites distributed throughout the province of Almería, and occasionally office work will be performed at the TRAGSA Group offices in Almería. **Scope of Work** ----------------------- * Duties corresponding to their position category, including supporting supervisors, interpreting blueprints, measurements, surveying, execution control, and workforce supervision within the Almería Management Office. **Functions and Responsibilities** ---------------------- * Support Tragsa's permanent supervisors and foremen. * Coordinate and plan tasks with the Supervisor, both on-site and in the office. * Interpret technical drawings, perform measurements and surveying. * Assist in monitoring project execution, workforce management, and completion and approval of monthly reports. * Support compliance with occupational health and safety regulations on site, including instructing workers on the use of PPE and safety procedures. **Specific Requirements** -------------------------- Candidates must provide evidence of meeting the requirements by attaching the following documents in the "Attachments" section of the application (or during the selection process), as applicable: * Official certification of education or proof of payment of fees for issuance of academic degree. * Employment record and/or employment contract verifying required professional experience. * Internship certificates verifying required academic experience, if applicable. ### **Education** #### **Qualification** * Hold a Medium-Level Vocational Training Certificate (FPI), Baccalaureate, BUP, COU, or Higher-Level Vocational Training Certificate (FPII) (qualification recognized in Spain or equivalence certificate issued by the General Secretariat for Universities) in a specialty enabling performance of the job functions. ### **Other Essential Requirements** * Valid Class B driver's license **Merits (Evaluated)** ------------------------ ### **Education** #### **Additional Training** * Certified training in Microsoft Office suite. * Certified training in Presto. * Certified training in AutoCAD. ### **Previous Experience** * From 1 year to 3 years of experience in duties typical of this role, including supporting supervisors, interpreting blueprints, measurements, surveying, execution control, and workforce supervision. ### **Other Meritorious Factors** * Own vehicle. **Observations** ----------------- * Offer includes: + Fixed-term contract estimated at 6 months, extendable up to a maximum of 12 months total, if applicable. + Full-time working hours.
