You will be responsible for **ensuring factory quality**, including process production quality, finished product quality, and customer quality support. Location: HQ **Cantoria,** Almería **Your main responsibilities** * Management and communication of quality indicators * Quality control of production process and finished product * Definition and implementation of process and finished product quality criteria * Management of process and finished product controls, and their results * Management of quality incidents * Quality documentation (creation, review, and control) * Internal audits of process and finished product, together with internal audit and certification teams * Ensure calibration and verification of quality equipment, managing this jointly with production and maintenance * Support in product validation and quality meetings (color changes, pattern management, samples, tones, defects and quality levels, decision-making, definition of quality criteria) * Identify training needs and deliver onboarding training **What you need to succeed** **Education:** Higher University Degree in Industrial Engineering or similar **Experience:** At least 3 years of experience as a Quality Technician in industrial environments * Experience managing quality KPIs and analyzing quality data, knowledge of quality tools * Experience in managing quality incidents and audits **Personal skills:** Teamwork skills and ability to communicate and influence Multitasking management capability Proactivity, motivation, and responsibility**What we offer** Stable opportunity in a leading multinational company.
