We are currently looking for a **Junior Project Engineer** to join our team in **Barcelona, Spain.** **What is the role About?** As a Junior Project Engineer you will: * Support Project Managers in planning and coordinating project activities * Assist with project documentation, weekly meeting minutes, and monthly reports. * Help monitor project schedules, budgets, and key milestones. * Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams. * Support procurement, cost estimation, and contractor certifications review. * Participate in site follow\-up to ensure safety, quality, and compliance. * Contribute to different project phases: feasibility, preparation, execution, and closing. ### **Requirements** * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering * Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in roles such as Construction Engineer, Site Engineer, or Process Engineer, preferably within industrial projects * Experience in the Food \& Beverage industry is a strong asset * Fluency in English and Spanish is required; Catalan or Italian is a plus * Valid Category B driving license * Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), MS Project, and AutoCAD * Experience in client relationship management * Willingness to work on\-site in Barcelona and to travel nationally and internationally (60–80%) depending on project needs * Strong team player with excellent communication skills, proactive attitude, and eagerness to learn ### **Benefits** **Why join us?** * Permanent contract * Safety, Prevention and Well\-being are basics for us. * Specialized in\-house trainings designed to help you to get your next career step. * Truly a place to spread your wings: career path. * No glass ceiling!
