




Position Summary: We are seeking a Labor Relations professional with experience in comprehensive labor management, including payroll processing, Social Security administration, and compliance with collective agreements. Key Highlights: 1. Full labor management, including employee onboarding, offboarding, payroll processing, and final settlements. 2. Extensive knowledge of collective bargaining agreements and relevant regulations. 3. Support to the HR department. **Requirements:** * Degree in Social Work, Labor Relations, or equivalent demonstrable experience. * Experience handling payroll and employee onboarding software (proficiency in [software name] is desirable). * In-depth knowledge of collective bargaining agreements and relevant regulations. * Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role. * Immediate availability. **Additional Competencies:** * Strong communication skills. * Attention to detail. * Incident resolution capability. * Teamwork orientation. * Ability to work under pressure. **Main Responsibilities (comprehensive labor management):** * Processing Social Security registrations, cancellations, and modifications. * Preparing and submitting employment contracts, summonses, and company certificates to SEPE. * Managing incidents with TGSS. * Handling sick leave notices, workplace accident reports, and communications with official bodies. * End-to-end payroll processing, settlements, and final settlements. * Social Security filings, CRA files, subsidies, and related files. * Maintaining and updating data in the payroll system. * Applying and interpreting the applicable collective bargaining agreement. * Supporting the HR department.
