Job Summary: We are seeking a Lifeguard to ensure the safety and well-being of guests at our aquatic facilities, supervising swimming pools and preventing hazardous situations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervision and access control at swimming pools for user safety. 2. Risk prevention and rapid response to emergencies with first aid. 3. Collaboration in organizing pool activities and events. At **Senator Hotels \& Resorts**, we are looking to hire a **Lifeguard** for our **Playacapricho** property located in **Roquetas de Mar (Almería)**, to help ensure guest safety and well-being at our aquatic facilities. **What will your day-to-day look like?** * Supervise the swimming pool and **control user access**, ensuring compliance with usage rules. * **Prevent hazardous situations** and respond rapidly to emergencies, applying established protocols and first aid techniques. * **Inform and guide users** to ensure safe and pleasant coexistence within the facilities. * Collaborate in the **organization and execution of pool activities or events**. * **Identify and report incidents** to ensure proper service operation. * Comply with and oversee adherence to **safety protocols** at all times. **What are we looking for in you?** * **Official certification as an Aquatic Lifeguard.** * Training in **First Aid, Basic Life Support, and AED use** (mandatory). * Knowledge of **hygiene-sanitation regulations and safety protocols** for aquatic facilities. * Minimum **English language level B1** to serve our international guests. * Strong **communication skills, conflict resolution ability, and effective performance under pressure**, always maintaining professional and empathetic service. **What do we offer you?** * **Temporary contract and 30-hour weekly schedule.** * **Ongoing training** and professional development opportunities. * **Exclusive employee benefits:** discounts at our properties, health insurance, banking partnerships—and many more!
