Position Summary: We are seeking a sociocultural animator to plan, implement, and evaluate activities, promote participation, and coordinate events as part of an interdisciplinary team. Collaboration within an interdisciplinary team to provide personalized support In Almería, we are looking for a person to carry out sociocultural animation duties. Responsibilities include conducting initial and periodic assessments to identify users' interests, preferences, and hobbies, ensuring personalized support. The role also entails planning, implementing, and evaluating workshops and animation programs, collaborating with the technical and direct-care teams, and preparing the annual plan for extraordinary activities. Another responsibility is organizing and assuming responsibility for sociocultural events both inside and outside the center. User and family participation in leisure activities will be encouraged, and the incumbent will serve on leisure-time-related committees as well as the interdisciplinary care team for developing and communicating individualized care plans. Group care support will also be provided according to the incumbent's professional training. The position includes preparing reports and documentation requested by management or public agencies, as well as supervision and training within the relevant areas of expertise. A permanent full-time employment contract is offered, with a monthly salary of 1\.428 euros.
