We believe in talent, collaboration, and professional development within a dynamic and international environment. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide administrative and operational support to Project Managers throughout the project lifecycle. * Coordinate communication between teams in Spain and Germany, ensuring efficient information flow. * Prepare, review, and keep project documentation up to date. * Manage task tracking, deadlines, and deliverables. * Draft reports and monitor project status. * Translate and draft documentation and communications in German and Spanish as required. * Coordinate meetings, prepare minutes, and track agreed-upon actions. * Collaborate with various departments to ensure proper project execution. **Requirements** * Bilingual or native-level proficiency in German and Spanish (mandatory), both spoken and written. * Prior experience in Project Support, Project Coordination, or administrative roles related to project management. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook. * Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with international teams. **What We Offer** * Permanent full-time contract. * Hybrid work model. * Involvement in international projects. * Continuous training and opportunities for professional growth. * Excellent working environment within a rapidly growing international company.
