Work environment with stimulating projects We are looking for a professional to comprehensively manage electrical installation projects, with operations based in Huércal de Almería. The selected candidate will be responsible for detailed planning, technical execution, and rigorous cost control of projects. Efficient management of work teams and available materials will be essential, fostering a collaborative environment to achieve set objectives. Responsibilities will cover supervision of procurement and logistics, as well as proper on-site execution, with continuous budget monitoring to anticipate and resolve potential financial deviations. Progress, team performance, and technical resource efficiency will be closely tracked. Material management, outsourcing of external services, and delivery scheduling will also form part of daily tasks. Periodic progress reports will be issued and communicated to the Operations Manager. Experience in renewable energy is desirable. Organizational ability, leadership, and results-oriented mindset are required. A permanent contract, competitive salary, intensive working hours, a company vehicle, and a work environment with stimulating projects are offered. Minimum 2 years’ experience as Site Manager for electrical installations. Experience in site control and team management. Knowledge of renewable energy is advantageous. Organizational ability, leadership, and results orientation. Technical Industrial Engineering degree, specializing in Electricity. Additional training in Microsoft 365 / Advanced Office Applications, AutoCAD (advanced level), Presto, Revit or other BIM environments is desirable.
