Currently, we are seeking an **Assistant Front Office Manager** for our team at the Hotel Evenia Zoraida in Roquetas de Mar, Almería. What will your day-to-day look like with us? * You will assist guests during check\-in and check\-out processes. * You will provide information about the hotel and its services, addressing guest needs and complaints. * You will be responsible for managing reservations and handling special guest requests. * You will resolve inquiries and incidents, ensuring an excellent guest experience. * You will also coordinate with other departments to guarantee efficient service. * You will manage cash handling and billing for hotel services. * You will organize front office team tasks. What are we looking for? * Previous experience in hotel front desk or customer service. * Proficiency in hotel property management systems (PMS) and computer tools. * Advanced level of Spanish and English (a third language is a plus). * Strong communication skills, customer orientation, and problem-solving ability.
