Participate in innovative and high-quality projects SITE MANAGER – SWIMMING POOL CONSTRUCTION AND RESIDENTIAL PROJECTS Almería \| Full-time \| Immediate start At Instalaciones Poolmania, we continue expanding and are looking to hire an experienced **Site Manager** to lead swimming pool construction and related civil works projects, coordinating every project phase from planning through to final delivery. We seek an organized, proactive, and leadership-capable individual who wishes to join an established and growing company, participating in high-level projects across the province of Almería. What will your responsibilities be? * Plan, supervise, and coordinate ongoing construction works. * Ensure compliance with deadlines, budgets, quality standards, and safety requirements. * Coordinate work teams, subcontractors, and suppliers. * Manage materials, resources, and construction scheduling. * Conduct technical and financial project monitoring. * Prepare reports, certifications, and cost control documentation. * Collaborate closely with our Technical Department, composed of 8 specialized professionals. * Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations. Essential Requirements * Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Site Manager on construction projects. * Degree in Civil Engineering, Technical Architecture, Building Construction, or related field. * Knowledge of construction regulations and occupational risk prevention standards. * Leadership, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities. * Willingness to travel to construction sites across the province of Almería. * Valid Class B driving license. Preferred Qualifications * Experience in swimming pool construction. * Experience in residential, hotel, or industrial projects. * Proficiency with construction management tools and software: * Presto * MS Project * AutoCAD * Or similar.
