What Do We Need From You? **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Computer Science, Telecommunications), Mathematics, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields. **Knowledge and/or experience in:** Credit risk and regulatory frameworks (Basel III/IV, CRR/CRD, EBA guidelines, IFRS9\). **Modeling and validation:** Experience with internal credit risk models (PD, LGD, EAD, provisions), stress testing, and recalibration. **Financial instruments:** Corporate loans, lending facilities, guarantees, credit derivatives. Calculation and monitoring of regulatory ratios (CET1, leverage, economic capital). R and Python programming languages applied to data analysis. Advanced SQL and databases for data analysis. Experience in credit risk measurement and provisioning. Familiarity with process automation and risk tools (Moody's, Bloomberg, SAS). Effective communication with technical teams. **Languages:** Intermediate-to-advanced English (reading and drafting regulatory documents). **Additional assets:** Competencies and skills: People and team management. Ability to prioritize and make rapid decisions aligned with methodology. Strong communication skills (assertive and clear) for interacting with various stakeholders. Project management experience. Financial sector experience. Data analytics experience. Experience with agile methodologies. **Certifications:** Possession of certifications validating the level of expertise is desirable. What Would Your Responsibilities Be? **Credit Risk Management and Analysis:** Identify, measure, and control risks associated with the credit portfolio. Prepare periodic reports for senior management and regulators. **Modeling and Validation:** Implement and maintain internal models (PD, LGD, EAD). Validate methodologies and conduct stress tests. **Regulatory Compliance:** Ensure proper application of Basel III/IV, CRR/CRD, and EBA guidelines. Prepare documentation for inspections and audits. **Interaction with Key Areas:** Collaborate with risk, business, internal audit, and technology departments. Participate in regulatory and digital transformation projects. **Optimization and Reporting:** Improve reporting efficiency and data quality. Support the digitalization of risk processes.
