The position is primarily focused on the comprehensive management of construction projects, covering everything from the initial technical site visit for data collection, to preparing budgets, technical documentation, project monitoring and coordination, as well as material calculations and control, measurements, and certifications. During periods of lower workload in the construction department, the selected candidate will provide support to the administrative department or the acoustics division, assisting in the preparation of reports and technical studies, or conducting acoustic measurements, for which the company will provide specific training. **MAIN OFFICE RESPONSIBILITIES** * Preparation of construction budgets * Preparation of measurements and project certifications * Calculation and management of materials, delivery notes, and orders * Creation of drawings for reports or project certifications * Assistance to the administrative department with delivery note and invoice tracking * Support to the acoustics department in preparing drawings or reports (this would occur when there are no active construction projects or when workload is low) * Assistant Technician for acoustic measurements (you would accompany our technicians during acoustic measurements when your workload is low) * Calls to suppliers * Requesting quotes **MAIN FIELD WORK RESPONSIBILITIES** * Visit sites to measure them using laser equipment * Weekly visits to ongoing construction sites for supervision * Re-surveying at construction sites when necessary * Supporting the technician or colleague in charge of the project * On-site meetings with clients or other contractors * Delivering small materials to sites when needed (e.g., a box of screws, a bag of adhesive), taking advantage of scheduled site visits Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent contract Salary: €25,000.00 - €30,000.00 per year Benefits: * Christmas gift basket * Reduced working hours during summer Application Questions: * Experience in construction projects * Experience with Excel Education: * Higher Vocational Training Degree (Desirable) Work Location: On-site
