BC Developer / IT Manager

We are looking for a developer to join our team at our headquarters in Barberà del Vallès. Your mission will be to design an integrated architecture in Microsoft Business Central that connects all departments—from opportunity identification (Marketing/Sales) to final delivery—including R\+D and internal project management. This will involve integrating our industrial capabilities and actively contributing to our digital transformation. ***Job Mission*** Business Central Full\-Stack Development: Development of robust and scalable AL extensions. Intensive working day on Fridays. * Education: Degree in Computer Engineering or related field. * Experience: 7\-10 years in an IT department within an industrial environment. * Knowledge: Microsoft Business Central (ERP) programming, proficiency in the AL language and APIs. Technical analysis of functional requirements. Evolutionary and corrective maintenance of the ERP. Holistic understanding of the supply chain, including the interrelationship among sales, procurement, production, and customer service. * English level: B2\-C1. * Competencies: organization, analytical and process optimization skills, negotiation, teamwork, and proactivity. * Valid driver's license and personal vehicle. * On-site position.
