We are looking for a Quality Control Technician for a food industry company located near Lugo. Key responsibilities will include managing all documentation related to the standards implemented by the company. Additionally, the selected candidate will be responsible for supervising and controlling both production processes and the final product. They will also carry out analyses and prepare the corresponding reports, along with other duties inherent to the position. The working schedule will be full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with afternoon shifts from 14:00 to 22:00. Legal rest periods will be respected. * Minimum 1 year of experience in a position equal to or similar to the one described. * We are seeking a dynamic and responsible individual. * Proximity of residence to the workplace is desirable. GM/GS in quality or similar.
