What will you be responsible for?
The Network Manager is responsible for consolidating the commercial network and presence in the area. They will coordinate the assigned network of mediators, following the company's established guidelines to achieve compliance with all parameters set by the Commercial Plan.
Key responsibilities of a Network Manager include:
Carrying out necessary commercial actions to boost business performance within the assigned network (visits, accompaniments, campaign advisory) to achieve set objectives and propose corrective actions in case of deviations.
Monitoring and tracking each mediator's progress toward their assigned targets (pending control, achievement of campaign objectives) to drive goal attainment.
Monitoring and controlling cross-selling campaigns to increase mediator engagement and portfolio profitability.
Performing any required support tasks related to risk management (verification, quotation, case reviews with the Technical Committee) to facilitate coordination among all parties and ensure optimal risk management within the assigned network.
Proposing commercial development initiatives within their area of influence (acquiring new agents, brokers) to contribute to REALE's optimal positioning in the region and achievement of established goals.
The selected candidate will coordinate the assigned mediator network, following the company's established instructions to ensure compliance with all parameters defined by the Commercial Plan.
