Organized, analytical, and detail-oriented profile. We are seeking a Logistics Administrator to manage material traceability in an industrial warehouse located in Rubí. Responsibilities include recording receipts, shipments, and internal transfers using SAP; monitoring stock levels; verifying data integrity; and preparing documentation such as delivery notes, packing lists, and labels. Non-conforming products are also managed in coordination with other departments, and the role involves participation in the annual inventory and deviation analysis. This role requires providing operational support to the warehouse team and coordinating with Production, Procurement, Quality, and Planning departments. Transportation-related documentation management is part of daily tasks, with no direct customer contact. Proficiency in SAP’s Logistics module is mandatory, as is a strong working knowledge of Excel. Functional English proficiency and education in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Administration are advantageous. The position requires an organized, analytical, and detail-oriented profile. Education in Logistics, Supply Chain, Administration, or a related field. 3–5 years of experience in warehouse administration or internal logistics. SAP proficiency—specifically in the Logistics module—is mandatory. Strong Excel skills. Functional English proficiency for an international environment. Experience in sectors such as food, pharmaceuticals, or chemicals is highly valued.
