A self-employed architect, duly registered in Cantabria, is required for a professional collaboration focused on future projects. The main focus will be on managing small-scale residential projects, where in-depth knowledge of Spanish construction regulations and the ability to efficiently coordinate technical documentation and the processing of construction permits and licenses will be valued. The nature of the collaboration is project-based and is expected to involve projects at a national level. Previous experience in the sector, as well as access to a personal vehicle and a valid class B driver's license, are considered desirable. Remuneration will be determined according to the applicable collective agreement. The intended start date is immediate.
