If you are an organized, proactive person with effective communication skills and a focus on achieving goals, we invite you to join our team. **Functions** ------------- * Contact and prospect potential clients to schedule service presentation meetings with senior executives (Manager, General Director). * Search, create, and keep client databases updated for meeting scheduling. * Support the associated office manager in coordinating and confirming the commercial agenda. **Responsibilities** --------------------- * Achieve specified meeting scheduling targets. * Follow guidelines and procedures outlined in the Commercial Management Operations Manual and other relevant policies. * Maintain and monitor activity and management indicators. * Report all customer interactions in INTEDYA's computer systems. * Immediately report any event or inconsistency that could affect the quality or image of INTEDYA's services. **Education and Knowledge** ----------------------------- * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Windows operating systems, email programs such as Outlook, and internet navigation skills. * Academic training, vocational training, university studies (completed or in progress), or equivalent qualifications. * Knowledge of business and commerce, including sales and negotiation techniques, and customer relationship management strategies. **Experience** --------------- Previous experience in telephone sales or customer service for at least 6 consecutive months within the last two years. **Soft Skills** --------------- * Strong oral and written communication skills to schedule meetings with executives clearly and concisely. * Motivation to achieve and exceed targets, demonstrating perseverance and dedication in following up with potential clients. * Willingness to learn. * Effective time and resource management. **Contract** ------------ **Vacant Position:** Telephone Sales Assistant
