We are expanding our Transportation and Infrastructure team at WSP in Santander, within the Water division at WSP, and are looking to hire a **Civil Engineer / Public Works Engineer** motivated to develop water supply and hydraulic resources studies and projects. **What will you do with us?** You will participate in real projects from day one, collaborating on proposal development within the Water team, where you will primarily engage in studies and projects related to water supply and hydraulic resources. During your onboarding, you will acquire the culture, working methodologies, and specific competencies of the area, with the possibility of broadening your experience by working in other fields of hydraulic engineering such as drainage, flood risk, sanitation, and wastewater treatment. You will become part of a multidisciplinary team developing innovative, sustainable, and high-impact technical solutions for urban and industrial environments. **What are we looking for?** We are seeking a professional with a degree in **Civil Engineering, Technical Engineering in Public Works**, or similar, who has more than two years of experience in a similar role and solid knowledge of **hydraulic modeling tools** such as SWMM, EPANET, HEC\-RAS, IBER, or HEC\-HMS. Training or experience in **BIM methodology** will be particularly valued, as well as basic proficiency in geographic information systems (**GIS**), competencies that will allow the candidate to integrate more easily into collaborative and multidisciplinary projects.
