




Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive individual with strong analytical skills to supervise and optimize logistics operations, with a focus on copacking, through data analysis and report generation. Key Responsibilities: 1. Participating in copacking process improvement 2. Collaborating with internal departments and logistics suppliers 3. Using Excel, SAP, and Power BI for analysis and reporting We require a self-motivated individual with strong analytical capabilities to control logistics operations. This is a temporary position with an initial duration of six months, offering direct involvement in improving our processes—particularly copacking operations. The primary objective is to monitor and closely track these activities to ensure smooth and efficient execution. Main responsibilities include thoroughly examining data generated from daily operations. Based on this, clear and concise reports must be created to support key decision-making. A critical part of the role involves managing and maintaining up-to-date information in the SAP system, ensuring data accuracy and ease of access. Additionally, you will design and update dashboards using tools such as Excel and Power BI to clearly display key performance indicators and overall logistics performance. Effective collaboration with various internal departments and external logistics suppliers is essential. Candidates should demonstrate the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, showing organization, attention to detail, and a clear focus on achieving goals within an agile and collaborative work environment. Advanced Excel proficiency is required, along with proven experience using SAP for logistics data management and solid knowledge of Power BI for report creation and data visualization. An analytical mindset, strong organizational skills, and meticulous attention to detail are highly valued. Effective coordination with diverse teams and external suppliers is also a key requirement. No specific academic degree is mandatory, but practical knowledge applicable to the logistics environment is essential.
