Responsibilities We are seeking a cook or kitchen assistant for a senior residence located in the Santander area and surrounding regions. Responsibilities: Preparation and production of hot and cold dishes Adherence to quality protocols and preservation procedures for perishable goods Ensuring necessary resources to meet set production targets Cost optimization Inventory management and stock control Requirements \- Minimum 2 years of experience; experience in collective catering will be valued * Valid food handling certificate * Full and immediate availability * Residence in Santander, Solares or nearby areas We Offer \- Temporary contract for vacant position with possibility of extended working hours * Immediate incorporation * Part-time schedule: 32 hours per week * Shifts: rotating morning/afternoon shifts from Monday to Sunday according to roster * Salary according to collective catering agreement * Work location: Cantabria (Solares)
