You will report directly to the **General Services Manager ILA** and serve as a key figure in the office’s daily operations. As Office Manager, you will: * Comprehensively manage office facilities, coordinating services and vendors (cleaning, maintenance, landscaping) and resolving incidents. * Coordinate and monitor necessary construction works and facility adaptations. * Manage office supply orders and inventory, including requests, receipt, shipments, and returns. * Assist internal staff and visitors, ensuring proper access and correct use of facilities. * Maintain vendor relationships, monitoring and sourcing new vendors, as well as managing procurement via internal platforms. * Support technical onboarding by preparing meeting rooms and coordinating with the IT department for equipment setup. **About You** -------------------- * Prior experience in similar roles related to general services, facilities management, or office administration. * An autonomous, proactive, and organized individual capable of prioritizing tasks and managing multiple activities simultaneously. * Attention to detail and a practical approach to incident resolution. * Strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset toward internal stakeholders. * Basic technical knowledge to effectively collaborate with the IT department. * Beyond professional competencies, we seek talented professionals eager to demonstrate and explore their potential by opening new opportunities with us.
