Fluent level of English and Spanish. Preferably experience in automation (Siemens, Soft: WinCC unified, Tia portal /Hard: PLCs, HMIs, Drivers, etc.), data acquisition and storage (Kepware, OPC UA / MQTT protocol, Apache NIFI, SQL: Oracle, Postgre, MS SQL, Influx DB / Cloud and edge computing) and exploitation (Power BI, Grafana). MES, ERP, SCADA systems. Advanced knowledge of Excel for data management and analysis. Proactive attitude towards self-learning and problem solving. Good communication skills and ability to work in teams across different departments. **What will you do?** You will be part of the Digital Transformation team at the plant, collaborating on projects that drive efficiency, productivity and competitiveness through innovative digital solutions. * You will collaborate in developing the plant's digital strategy together with different departments. * You will support the continuous improvement of the connected plant platform, contributing to projects that enhance competitiveness. * You will participate in implementing digital initiatives and tracking the defined action plan. * You will collaborate with technical and operational teams to ensure digital solutions align with productivity and efficiency goals. * You will conduct technology scouting, identifying new trends, tools and technologies (hardware/software) applicable to the production environment. * You will contribute to change management initiatives and promote digital engagement within the plant. * You will develop competencies focused on data analysis and data science, applied to digital transformation projects. **What do we offer?** Two years of training: First year of paid internships within the EVolve Graduate program, designed to boost your professional development from the start + Second year of employment contract.
