We are seeking a Maritime Traffic Operator to be based at our Torrelavega office. Responsibilities of the Maritime Traffic Operator: - Manage bookings with various shipping lines according to commercial requirements - Manage transportation orders and track their status - Manage assigned case files - Monitor and control shipments - Handle documentation required for export - Manage incidents - Respond promptly and appropriately to client requests or instructions from the Team Leader Requirements: - At least two years of experience performing the described functions in the logistics sector - Languages / Proficiency: English B2 or higher - Strong communication skills, proactive attitude, and organizational ability.
