Job Summary: We are seeking a Java / Documentum Consultant for a project where software quality is a daily responsibility, with a focus on improving application technical quality. Key Highlights: 1. Joining a stable, long-term technology project. 2. Continuous training, technical certifications, and company-funded English classes. 3. A personalized career plan to accelerate your professional growth. #### **About the Java / Documentum Consultant Role** **Some people write code.** **Others read other people’s code without losing faith in humanity.** If you’ve ever opened a legacy project, seen 20,000 lines of code, taken a deep breath, and thought “let’s bring some order here”, we probably have something in common. We’re looking for a **Java / Documentum Consultant** to join a project where software quality isn’t just a slide in a presentation—it’s a daily responsibility. * Because development matters. * But doing it well is another story. **Who Are We?** At PROCESIA, we work on high-impact technology projects for organizations requiring robust, secure, and sustainable solutions over time. * We believe in useful technology, collaborative teams, and professionals who bring sound technical judgment beyond passing trends. * We’re passionate about innovation—but also about order. Because behind every well-built system are professionals who care about quality before problems arise. And that’s precisely where this challenge fits in. **What Are We Looking For?** We want to bring onboard someone with experience in Java J2EE environments and document management, capable of analyzing, evaluating, and improving application technical quality from a holistic perspective. Someone who enjoys finding improvement opportunities where others only see working code—and who brings: * A university degree (Bachelor’s or higher, MECES levels 2 or 3) or equivalent in Computer Science. * Minimum 5 years’ experience in analysis, design, and development of J2EE-based projects. * Experience in document management environments. * Ability to analyze code, define quality metrics, and clearly communicate technical recommendations to development teams. * An analytical mindset, continuous improvement orientation, and attention to detail. We seek someone who doesn’t just detect problems—but helps solve them. **What Will Your Day-to-Day Look Like?** **Your work will directly impact application quality and evolution.** You’ll be one of those figures who often work behind the scenes—but whose contribution ultimately reflects across the entire project: Designing and executing functional tests to validate correct application behavior. Automating test processes to improve efficiency and validation coverage. Coordinating with development teams to plan testing activities and incident tracking. Defining and proposing reference metrics for source code quality evaluation. Analyzing applications and reviewing code to identify improvement opportunities. Preparing technical reports for both development teams and project managers. Documenting methodologies, metrics, and quality criteria. Delivering training sessions and mentoring developers on development best practices. Providing specialized technical support in software quality matters. In short: you’ll help ensure the software not only works today—but continues to work well several years from now. **What Do We Offer?** At PROCESIA, we believe top professionals need more than just an interesting project—so we want you to have: Joining a stable, long-term technology project. An indefinite-term contract from day one. Economic terms will be communicated during the first interview. Flexibility and a hybrid work model. Adaptable working hours to genuinely support work–life balance. Continuous training, technical certifications, and company-funded English classes. A personalized career plan to accelerate your professional growth. Comprehensive health insurance with no co-payments. Intensive work schedule every Friday and for three months during summer. A collaborative environment where knowledge sharing is part of our work culture. Coffee and tea available to accompany especially creative code reviews. Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve off. **And Something We Particularly Value:** The opportunity to work alongside professionals who understand that quality isn’t the final step of a project—it’s how things are done from the very beginning.
