We require an **Electrical Industrial Technical Engineer** with strong leadership capabilities and technical vision to manage integrated projects in strategic sectors such as logistics, pharmaceuticals, and food. **Your Mission at JHernando** As an Industrial Technical Engineer, you will serve as the bridge between technical conception and actual implementation. You will lead the organizational and economic management of each project, guaranteeing the excellence our customers expect from us. **Job Responsibilities:** * **End-to-End Project Management:** Technical, organizational, and economic leadership of projects in Logistics, Pharmaceuticals, and Food sectors. * **Solution Design:** Creation of innovative solutions and technical presentations to end clients. * **Pre-Sales Engineering:** Detailed budget calculations and preparation of technical-commercial proposals. * **Design and Layouts:** Graphical representation of logistics solutions and technical feasibility validation of layouts. * **Technical Development:** Creation of flowcharts and high-impact corporate presentations. * **Stakeholder Management:** Direct interaction with suppliers for requirement definition and with clients for solution implementation. * **Project Lifecycle:** Monitoring of each project from initial conception through to final commissioning. **Education and Knowledge Requirements:** * **Qualification:** Technical Engineering, Higher Engineering, or equivalent degree. * **Specialization:** Training in engineering department management and team leadership. * **Languages:** Advanced English (C1 preferred). * **Technical Competencies:** Solid knowledge of mechanics, electricity, PLCs, and proficiency in 3D design tools and TIA Portal.
