**️** **Join our Defense Systems Engineering team!**
Within the framework of major European defense programs, and as part of our positioning as a sector-leading company, we seek to hire a Systems / Processes Engineer for Electronic Warfare (EW) systems to strengthen our Systems Engineering teams working on next-generation strategic programs such as FCAS.
**What will you do?**
* Lead the development of Electronic Warfare (EW) sensors within European programs, coordinated with the RF Design Authority.
* Define, analyze, and manage system requirements using tools such as DOORS, GRV, or equivalent.
* Carry out system modeling activities following MBSE approaches, using tools such as Enterprise Architect (EA) or Cameo.
* Participate in the specification, design, and integration of EW systems, including their validation at system and subsystem levels.
* Lead and coordinate engineering development documentation associated with the design of:
* + Tx/Rx modules with multifunctional chips.
+ Signal generation.
+ Digital models for ECM scenarios.
+ EW processors and their associated algorithms.
* Develop models and simulations using tools such as Python, Matlab, and Simulink for performance and operational scenario analysis.
* Identify key technologies and lead the design of demonstrators, including their manufacturing and characterization.
* Define technical requirements, evaluate alternatives, and assume responsibility for the in-house or subcontracted development of technological solutions.
* Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary and international teams, contributing technical judgment and negotiation capability.
* Actively contribute to technological innovation by identifying key trends and advances in the field of Electronic Warfare and defense systems.
**✅** **Requirements**
**Mandatory**
* University degree in Engineering (Telecommunications, Electronics, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or related field).
* 5–10 years of professional experience in Systems Engineering within the defense sector.
* Solid experience in Electronic Warfare (EW) systems and/or electronic intelligence (ELINT) sensors.
* Experience in simulation and modeling using Python, Matlab, and Simulink.
* Experience in requirement definition and management using tools such as DOORS or GRV.
* Knowledge and experience in MBSE and system modeling using Enterprise Architect or Cameo.
* Experience in programming in C and/or ADA.
* Advanced knowledge of system architecture and defense solutions.
* Advanced English, spoken and written, for participation in multinational environments.
**➕** **Preferred**
* Knowledge of Ansys STK or other advanced simulation tools.
* Practical experience in definition, integration, and validation of complex EW systems.
* Knowledge of hardware and software architectures for embedded systems.
* Experience in European defense programs and international cooperative environments.
* Technical leadership capability and experience developing engineering teams.
