Location: Madrid, MD, ES Professional Profile: Planning, Product and Processes Required Experience: Over 2 years of experience Work Modality: Hybrid **At Indra Group, we protect what matters most.** We lead the development of cutting-edge technological solutions that strengthen national and international security. **Join our team of European projects!** As part of our positioning as a leading company in the defense sector, we aim to reinforce our team with a Head of Engineering Services Outsourcing for strategic defense projects. **What will you do?** * Define and implement the engineering services outsourcing strategy aligned with business objectives. * Identify, analyze and classify *core* and *non\-core* activities, proposing efficient subcontracting solutions. * Design, structure and keep updated the catalog of outsourced engineering services. * Manage the full supplier lifecycle: identification, evaluation, qualification and performance monitoring. * Negotiate and administer framework agreements with supplier companies, ensuring competitive terms and contractual compliance. * Coordinate service delivery in matrix environments, guaranteeing proper communication between technical departments and suppliers. * Supervise quality, costs and timelines of outsourced services, proposing continuous improvements. * Collaborate with engineering teams (civil, mechanical, electronic, etc.) to ensure accurate definition of technical requirements. * Support administrative management and purchase order tracking using tools such as SAP or other procurement systems. **What are we looking for in you?** Don’t worry if you don’t meet 100% of the criteria we’re seeking.
