Position Summary: ACCIONA is seeking an EPC Bid Manager to lead and coordinate the preparation of EPC bids in the water sector, managing multidisciplinary teams and commercial strategies. Join us in pursuing solutions for a sustainable future. ACCIONA, within its Water business, requires the incorporation of an EPC Bid Manager for its Bid Division. Job Description Main Responsibilities: * Lead and coordinate the entire EPC bid preparation process in the water sector. * Act as Bid Manager: plan, organize, and direct the bidding team. * Review and validate budget consistency, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness. * Analyze technical, economic, and contractual risks associated with bids. * Review proposed scheduling, verifying that construction execution is realistic and feasible. * Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, legal, and finance departments. * Prepare the commercial and technical bid strategy. * Prepare the bid cash flow. * Lead client presentations and contractual negotiations. * Ensure compliance with bid submission deadlines. * Conduct post\-bid analysis and lessons learned. Candidate Requirements Required Qualifications: * Civil or Industrial Engineer plus Master's degree * Additional certification in PMP or BMA * Proficiency in English; French knowledge is desirable * Familiarity with MS Office, Project, Primavera, Presto, or similar tools * Over 10 years of experience in the water sector * Proven experience leading EPC bids exceeding EUR 50 million * Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams during the bidding phase * Experience in client negotiation and contractual risk analysis * Comprehensive management of EPC bids in the water sector (desalination, wastewater treatment, water treatment) * Experience as Bid Manager in hydraulic infrastructure projects * Technical and economic review of commercial proposals Additional Requirements: * Senior profile with leadership capacity and decision-making ability * Commercial and negotiation skills * Strategic business vision * Analytical capability to identify inconsistencies in budgets and scheduling * Experience dealing with international clients * Results-oriented mindset and ability to work under pressure *We are a company that values diversity as a source of talent and therefore strive to foster an inclusive environment promoting respect, belonging, and commitment so that all individuals can participate on equal footing.
