





**Positions Available** ---------------------- 1 **Company** ----------- Tragsa **Project / Reason for Hiring** --------------------------------- Empresa de Transformación Agraria, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., the parent company of the TRAGSA GROUP, specialized in activities related to rural development and nature conservation, is seeking to hire 1 Foreman/Forewoman – Construction Works and Damage Repair (Valencia Province) in València/Valencia. **Workplace** -------------------- * València/Valencia Address: Paterna, with travel required to various worksites. **Scope of Work** ----------------------- * Construction and damage repair works across the province of Valencia. **Functions and Responsibilities** ---------------------- * Organize and schedule tasks together with the site supervisor, assume responsibility for the progress of the works, and immediately report any anomalies that arise. * Interpret blueprints, carry out measurements and layout work. * Monitor equipment and workforce productivity, as well as complete and sign off on required reports regarding personnel and machinery. * Train team members on assigned tasks. * Comply with, and ensure compliance with, regulations concerning occupational health and safety, quality, and site signage; responsible for informing newly hired staff about the use of personal protective equipment and applicable safety measures on site. * Verify proper storage of materials and execution of cleaning tasks. **Specific Requirements** -------------------------- Compliance with these requirements must be substantiated by attaching the following documents, as applicable, in the “Annexes” section of the application (or during the selection process): * Official academic qualification or proof of payment of fees for issuance of the academic degree. * Employment record and/or employment contract enabling verification and validation of the required professional experience. * Internship documentation enabling verification and validation of the required academic experience, where applicable. ### **Education** #### **Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree (Bachiller), BUP, COU, FP I, CFGM, FP II, or CFGS (qualification officially recognized in Spain or equivalence certificate issued by the General Secretariat for Universities). (Employment record and/or employment contract verifying and validating professional experience must be attached.) ### **Additional Merit Factors** * 6 months to 1 year of experience participating in works/infrastructure projects involving repairs, reconstructions, or works affected by natural disasters (e.g., fires, floods, earthquakes, and others). (Employment record and/or employment contract verifying and validating professional experience must be attached.) * 6 months to 1 year of experience working for public sector companies involved in engineering consultancy, environmental services, or technical assistance.
