Job Summary: We are seeking a production team member focused on laser cutting of high-precision metal components, ensuring quality and efficiency in a dynamic industrial environment. Key Highlights: 1. Teamwork in the manufacturing of high-precision metal components. 2. Supervision of the laser cutting process and quality verification. 3. Basic machinery maintenance and waste management. This position is based in an industrial facility dedicated to the manufacturing of high-precision metal components in Bergondo. Advanced machinery and controlled processes are employed to deliver technological solutions for various sectors. The role involves joining the production team, where attention to detail and adherence to quality standards are essential. The work environment is dynamic, emphasizing operational efficiency and safety. Daily activities include preparing cutting programs according to manufacturing orders. Raw materials—such as metal sheets—are loaded and calibrated into the laser machine. During operation, the laser cutting process is supervised to ensure parameters remain within technical specifications. After cutting, parts are inspected and sorted based on compliance with quality criteria. Additional responsibilities include finishing and palletizing finished products, as well as waste management. Basic preventive maintenance of machinery is also performed. The position is full-time, with rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and night) from Monday to Friday. Approximately one year of experience in a similar role is required. Training in Mechanical Manufacturing or related fields is preferred. Knowledge of laser cutting, machine programming, machining, tolerance verification, and working with metals is mandatory.
