The environment is industrial, with batch-based planned production, requiring task organization according to delivery deadlines. Surplus materials are also managed, and quality controls and batch records are documented. Collaboration with other departments—such as logistics or engineering—is necessary to resolve incidents and optimize processes. Attention to detail, responsibility, and adherence to safety protocols are required. Approximately one year of prior experience in a similar position within a manufacturing environment is required. Formal training in fields such as Mechanical Manufacturing or related disciplines is desirable. Practical and theoretical knowledge is required in operating laser cutters, basic CNC machine programming, machining processes, verification of dimensional tolerances, and working properties of various metals. No specific academic qualifications are mandatory.
