We are seeking an administrative assistant for the logistics department to handle administrative tasks, customer service, and warehouse control.

1. In-person and telephone customer service
2. Delivery note management and stock control
3. Preparation of materials for construction sites
We are looking for an administrative and logistics assistant in Oviedo (Asturias). Responsibilities include answering the switchboard, providing in-person and telephone customer service, managing delivery notes, receiving and storing goods, controlling stock levels, and preparing materials for construction sites.
Candidates must hold a vocational training qualification (FP) or a higher education degree in Administration or Logistics, possess experience in data entry into ERP systems, Microsoft Office and email applications, and have prior experience in administrative support, warehouse management, and handling delivery notes.
Employment conditions include a full-time temporary contract with a split working schedule from 9:00 to 14:00 and from 15:00 to 19:00. Salary complies with the applicable collective agreement.
