Job Summary: A chef is needed to support the restaurant by combining kitchen and dining room tasks with vocational support for people with intellectual disabilities and/or mental health disorders. Conflict management and task monitoring A chef is needed to support the restaurant by combining kitchen and dining room tasks with vocational support for people with intellectual disabilities and/or mental health disorders. Requirements: Higher Vocational Training Certificate (CFGS) in Culinary Arts and Gastronomy or equivalent; Technical Vocational Training (FP) qualification in Culinary Arts and Gastronomy; Professional Certification in Cooking; or related qualifications. Driver’s license category B; basic computer skills. Responsibilities: support kitchen and dining room organization; coordinate and accompany a team of people with disabilities during their working day; monitor tasks assigned to workers; manage potential conflicts. * Experience: 24 months. Experience in collective catering, social catering, or catering services will be valued. Experience in socio-occupational integration projects and/or in supporting people with intellectual disabilities and/or mental health conditions is also valued. Experience in allergen menus and/or food intolerances is desirable. * Competencies / knowledge: Food Handling Certificate. * Driving license: B * Temporary employment contract (12 months) * Full-time work schedule * Additional relevant information: Salary according to the applicable collective agreement. The initial contract will be for one year, with possibility of extension.
