We are looking for a technical profile with experience in IBM API Connect, DataPower, and Cloud Pak for Integration to participate in high-impact technology projects. ### **Conditions** * **Contract:** Indefinite * **Workplace:** Madrid * **Modality:** Remote * **Working hours:** Full-time * **Salary:** Based on professional experience ### **Your responsibilities** * Install, configure, and deploy **IBM API Connect v10\.x** on VMware environments, both in All\-in\-One and distributed topologies. * Configure the platform's various components: Management, Gateway, Analytics, and Portal. * Implement security configurations: SSL/TLS, OAuth2/OIDC, LDAP/AD, SAML, JWT, and mTLS. * Integrate IBM DataPower as an API Gateway, including certificates, digital signatures, and cryptographic configurations. * Define and manage backup, restore, and Disaster Recovery strategies. * Install and operate Cloud Pak for Integration on OpenShift or compatible Kubernetes environments. * Deploy API Connect as a capability within CP4I. * Configure High Availability (HA), scalability, monitoring, and alerting. * Automate deployments using Helm, Operators, YAML, and GitOps practices with tools such as ArgoCD or Flux. * Manage the full API lifecycle: design, publication, Products, Plans, versioning, portal, and subscriptions. * Apply security, governance, and API consumption control policies. * Integrate APIs with REST/SOAP services and messaging and event platforms such as Kafka/Event Streams and MQ. REQUIREMENTS ### **Mandatory** * Between **2 and 5 years of hands-on experience with IBM API Connect v10\.x**. * Experience in installation, configuration, and operation of API Connect. * Knowledge and experience with **IBM DataPower Gateway**, including certificates, digital signatures, and cryptographic configuration. * Experience working with **Kubernetes and/or OpenShift**. * Knowledge of namespaces, storage, ingress/routes, secrets, RBAC, and Operators. * Experience in installation and operation of **Cloud Pak for Integration (CP4I)**. * Experience deploying API Connect as a capability within CP4I. * Security knowledge: TLS/mTLS, OAuth2/OIDC, JWT, LDAP/AD, and SAML. * Proficiency with OpenAPI/Swagger. * Experience with CI/CD, Git, GitOps, and Helm. * Knowledge of Bash and YAML. ### **Desirable** * IBM certifications related to: * API Connect. * Cloud Pak for Integration. * DataPower. * Experience with observability tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, or ELK. * Knowledge of Kafka/Event Streams and MQ. * Experience in automation of deployments and cloud-native environments. **Digital Group** **** We are a team of over 100 technology professionals, offering stable projects with leading national and international clients, developing solutions in Artificial Intelligence, Cloud, Cybersecurity, etc. We commit to supporting you throughout every project phase to ensure your professional growth with us and that your contribution truly matters. * **Want to stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and seek new challenges?
