A culture of trust and transparency, valuing your voice and well-being DESCRIPTION ### **Who Are We?** We are Kairós, a different kind of technology company. Yes, we help our clients tackle challenges in digital and methodological transformation—but what truly defines us is **how we do it**: by putting people at the center. We have been recognized as a **Great Place To Work® company** since 2019—for the sixth consecutive year—and ranked **5th in 2024**. This is not just an award; it reflects a distinctly different atmosphere here. Our core values—**courage, empathy, innovation, and joy**—are not mere words on a wall but the way we work every day. We are an international organization with offices in Spain and the Americas, comprising over 850 people (including more than 350 in our local community), where brilliant, diverse individuals come together, eager to build something meaningful. Here, you’ll find the best opportunities for your curricular or extracurricular internships, within a real, multidisciplinary environment that helps you become your best self. We hope that, after your internship, you’ll stay with us and continue growing alongside us. We care about your personal balance, professional growth, and enjoyment of the journey. We believe the best ideas emerge when people feel well, heard, and empowered to create. At Kairós, we seek individuals who: * Want to understand the impact of their work—not just complete tasks. * Enjoy collaborating in teams, sharing knowledge, and learning from diverse perspectives. * Feel comfortable in environments where communication is direct, listening is genuine, and space exists to grow authentically. ### **Your Mission at Kairós** Within Kairós’ Talent discipline, you will join starting from **Q1 2026 (flexible start date)**. Your role will focus on performing key tasks within the team, actively participating in administering all stages of our talent lifecycle (recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, employee status changes, follow-up, and exit processes). To achieve this, your main responsibilities will include: * **Administrative Support:** Providing direct administrative support to the Talent team to ensure smooth internal processes. * **Employee Lifecycle Management:** Managing employee onboarding and offboarding in close coordination with the relevant departments. * **Candidate Administration:** Managing and tracking candidate applications throughout our recruitment processes. * **Communication & Support:** Responding to emails and addressing inquiries from both internal and external stakeholders in the department. * **Referral Program:** Actively supporting the company’s employee referral program. * **Employer Branding & Outreach:** Publishing job openings across various job portals and social media platforms. * **Candidate Engagement:** Preparing and sending necessary information to candidates during different stages of selection processes. * **Databases & Reporting:** Supporting continuous database updates and generating departmental reports. * **People Operations:** Participating in other cross-functional tasks related to people management. ### **What Will Make You Successful** **Academic Requirements & Knowledge (Must-have):** * Currently enrolled in a degree program in **Human Resources, Business Administration, Labor Relations**, or a related field. * Basic proficiency with office tools (**Google Workspace / MS Office**). **Professional Skills:** * Highly organized, proactive, and possessing excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Genuine interest in learning about people management and talent processes within the technology sector. **Desirable Qualifications (Nice-to-have):** * A **high level of English proficiency** is strongly preferred. * **Preference for candidates residing in Madrid**, as although remote work is supported, occasional office attendance is required. ### **Benefits That Make a Difference** * **Personalized Mentoring:** You’ll receive individualized technical and personal mentoring from the Talent team to accelerate your learning. * **Flexible Internship Start Date:** While we prefer a summer start, we also welcome September starts. Extracurricular internships remain possible after completion. * **Morning Shift**, preferably * **Flexible Hybrid Model:** Work from wherever suits you best—combining the comfort of home with our Madrid offices. * **Study Allowance**, proportionate to weekly hours worked (20, 25, or 30 hrs) * **Real & Innovative Environment:** Hands-on training surrounded by professionals across diverse disciplines, within a multidisciplinary setting. * **Culture of Trust & Transparency:** Join a community where you’re known by name, your voice is heard, and your well-being matters.
