DESCRIPTION ### **What we are looking for…** A person to join our team as a **Technical Lead .NET**, with solid experience in software development and technical leadership. You will be responsible for guiding a team of developers in implementing scalable, high-performance solutions using .NET technologies. You will serve as the technical reference point to ensure technical quality, communicate with the client, and coordinate the development team. ### **Specifically, your responsibilities will include:** * Leading the design, development, and implementation of applications and services in .NET. * Analyzing the feasibility of reusing existing services, defining a robust roadmap. * Coordinating and mentoring a team of developers while ensuring sound coding practices and architectural standards. * Collaborating with the technical team to define and validate technical solutions. * Participating in strategic technical decision-making for project evolution. * Overseeing the software development lifecycle, including testing, code reviews, and deployment. * Promoting agile methodologies and DevOps tools. * Advising and training team members on technologies and best practices. * Resolving complex technical issues and optimizing application performance. ### **To succeed, you’ll need experience in…** * Developing significant projects with .NET (C\#, ASP.NET, .NET Core). * Technical leadership or similar roles involving technical decision-making and team management. * Client and team communication. * Building projects from scratch. * Defining technical architectures and integrations with complex systems. * Analysis, estimation, and definition of technical roadmaps. * Software architecture development, design patterns, and development best practices. * SQL Server and/or NoSQL databases. * Agile methodology projects (Scrum, Kanban). * Effectively resolving technical problems and making sound technical decisions. ### **It would also be great if you had experience with…** * Frontend technologies such as Angular, React, or Vue.js. * DevOps tools and processes (CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, Azure DevOps or similar). * Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). * Ability to effectively resolve problems and make technical decisions. * Excellent communication and teamwork skills. ### **At Garaje, we value people who…** Take pride in their work, give their best, always have fun, are courageous and willing to take risks, learn from mistakes, and love what they do.
