At Agroxarxa, we are seeking an Insurance Technician to join the team at our La Seu d'Urgell office. If you have a commercial mindset, enjoy identifying opportunities, and building trust-based relationships with clients, we would love to meet you! Manage and expand the insurance client portfolio of the mountain-area offices assigned to you, providing personalized advice and identifying new business opportunities. Prepare customized quotations based on each client’s needs and provide client support in case of claims (excluding claims processing). Handle livestock telematic management for dairy and beef cattle farms. * Minimum 2 years’ experience. Experience will be valued in: o Identifying client needs. o Preparing proposals/quotations. o Advising on and contracting insurance policies. * Catalan (spoken: advanced; written: advanced) * Competencies / knowledge: We seek a person with strong commercial orientation and results-driven mindset, capable of teamwork and possessing excellent communication and client relationship skills. * Vehicle availability: private car * Driving license: B * Permanent employment contract * Full-time working hours * Gross monthly salary ranging from '1400' to '1750' * Additional relevant information: • Stable position with professional career progression. • Possibility of remote work. • Full-time schedule Monday to Thursday with flexible hours (08-09.15 to 17-18.30) and intensive Friday, summer, and Christmas schedules. • Continuous training provided by the company. • Flexible compensation plan (meal vouchers, transport, childcare, private health insurance, etc.). • Variable compensation linked to results and profit-sharing bonus. • Discounts on company services worth approximately €400 annually. • Work-life balance measures and adapted leave policies. • Positive work environment and committed team.
