DESCRIPTION ### **What we are looking for…** A person who joins the team with at least 5 years of experience as a **Digital Data Analyst**, capable of supporting data strategy while actively executing improvement actions. You will be the key player in identifying frictions within the Customer Journey and proposing tangible solutions to optimize the conversion funnel by analyzing and uncovering improvements. You will work in an international environment and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (Marketing, Business, Design, CRO, Product), requiring you to regularly communicate **in English** with global stakeholders. **And specifically, this is what you’ll do…** * Support business decision-making by building and leveraging dashboards to detect deviations and improvements against KPIs, proposing action plans. * Present business cases to international stakeholders, defending your findings and improvement proposals based on data evidence. * Identify and propose potential enhancements to data collection practices to incorporate new sources or data that provide greater visibility. * Analyze and uncover improvements in the conversion funnel by cross-referencing quantitative and qualitative data, optimizing performance and identifying areas for improvement. Translate your findings so that CRO and Design teams can convert them into clear hypotheses and conduct A/B tests. * Configure and maintain consent banners and cookie governance using OneTrust, applying necessary improvements based on possible regulatory or technical changes. **For this, we require experience in…** * Adobe Analytics & GA4: Expert-level proficiency in creating complex segments, cohort analysis, attribution modeling, and custom event configuration. You must be able to audit data quality across both platforms. * Power BI and Looker Studio for reading, interpreting, and leveraging dashboards.
