Permanent contract / Full-time We have an opening in **Barcelona (Province)** that will allow you to specialize in an advanced solution such as Tebis, grow as an applications technician, and participate in real client projects for process improvement—without working in isolation: you’ll receive training, technical mentoring, and team support. You will work with industrial companies seeking to improve their manufacturing processes, automate tasks, reduce programming time, increase CNC machining safety, and better leverage their CAD/CAM resources. In sectors such as automotive, aerospace, molds and dies, tooling, machinery, and high-precision machining, helping them optimize their CAM programming, CNC machining, automation, and manufacturing processes. Send your CV to **info@tebis.es** Your responsibilities As a CAD/CAM Applications Technician, you will join the Tebis Iberia technical team and work with industrial clients across Catalonia. Your main responsibilities will include: * + Providing technical support to customers using Tebis. + Participating in CAD/CAM software implementations in industrial environments. + Analyzing CAM programming and CNC machining processes to propose improvements. + Delivering technical training to users. + Preparing and conducting technical demonstrations alongside the sales team. + Collaborating on CAD/CAM process optimization projects. + Assisting customers in improving the efficiency, safety, and quality of their machining processes. + Supporting CAM process automation and standardization. + Coordinating with the Tebis Iberia technical team to resolve inquiries, prepare projects, and share knowledge. What we’re looking for We seek a technically skilled individual with customer orientation and practical experience in industrial manufacturing. ### **Key Requirements** * Experience in CAM programming, CNC machining, technical offices, or industrial manufacturing processes. * Practical knowledge of machining, especially milling. * Familiarity with CAD/CAM software. * Ability to analyze production processes and identify improvement opportunities. * Strong technical communication skills. * Customer orientation. * Capacity for learning and autonomy. * Willingness to travel approximately 30% of the time. * Valid driver’s license. * Sufficient technical English for documentation, internal training, and technical communication. ### **Preferred Qualifications** * Prior experience with Tebis. * Experience with other CAD/CAM systems such as hyperMILL, Mastercam, NX CAM, PowerMill, TopSolid, WorkNC, SolidCAM, or others. * Knowledge of 5-axis machining. * Experience in molds, dies, tooling, or complex parts. * Knowledge of machine simulation. * Experience in CAM automation or process improvement. * Prior experience as an applications technician, technical trainer, or CAD/CAM support specialist. * Knowledge of turning, wire EDM, laser cutting, or other industrial processes. ### **Who is this position for?** This position may be a good fit if your background includes: * CAM programming. * CNC machining. * Technical office work. * 3/5-axis milling. * Molds, dies, or tooling. * Advanced industrial manufacturing. * CAD/CAM technical support. * Technical training in machining processes.
