Main responsibilities include customer service, telephone call reception, and management of notifications and incidents that arise. The role also involves carrying out various administrative procedures and using specific computer programs related to the business activity. Proficiency in office tools such as Word and Excel is required. Prior experience in similar positions—especially those involving direct customer interaction—is considered a strong advantage. We seek a responsible, organized individual with the ability to efficiently resolve problems. This offer is for an indefinite-term employment contract with a part-time schedule of 25 hours per week. Working hours will be flexible, specifically from 9:00 to 14:00. Remuneration will comply with the collective agreement for offices and law firms in the Principality of Asturias.
