**What shapes your daily work**

* Be the Store Manager’s right-hand person: contribute with the Store Manager and Regional Manager to monitoring store KPIs
* You have a merchant mindset, understand seasonality and customer expectations to grow turnover and customer satisfaction in line with the Action concept: drive store attractiveness, place orders, receive goods, manage inventory, implement new product launches, etc.
* Participate actively in store operations with the goal of maintaining a full, clean, well-organized and commercially vibrant store: monitor activity progress, implement schedules, shelf products, relay decisions made by the Store Manager and Regional Manager, etc.
* Work in a challenging environment: handle unexpected situations, intervene quickly and effectively while adopting a calm, solution-oriented approach
* Co-manage teams: facilitate communication within teams, support recruitment of store staff, onboarding of new colleagues, and team upskilling
**Your essential strengths:**

* You hold a post-secondary qualification (Bac+2 level) or have at least two years’ successful experience in team management and retail.
* Field-oriented, you demonstrate discipline, rigor, and responsibility
* You possess leadership qualities: able to unite and support your team with empathy, adapting your approach to each situation
* You identify with our values: customer orientation, respect, teamwork, discipline, simplicity, and cost awareness
* You are available during our operating hours (5/6 AM to 9/10 PM, Monday to Saturday; morning or afternoon shifts, occasionally Sundays).

* An annual gross salary of €27,804 under the “agent maîtrise” employment status (35-hour weekly base, annualized contract)
