Recruitment & Employer Branding * Posting internal and external job vacancies, screening candidates, and conducting telephone interviews. * Coordinating and supporting Department Heads throughout the recruitment process. * Participating in school events, visits to the Operations Center, and activities related to employer branding. 2\. Internship Management * Coordinating onboarding, ongoing follow-up, and final evaluations. * Ensuring the best possible experience in collaboration with Heads of Department. 3\. Training, Development & Talent Management * Identifying training needs and supporting execution of the annual training plan. * Promoting E-melia and tracking mandatory trainings. * Organizing inductions and onboarding processes. * Implementing development plans and updating Talent Mapping. 4\. Culture * Coordinating action plans derived from employee engagement surveys. * Organizing and communicating wellness initiatives, team-building activities, and cultural events (e.g., Meliá Let’s Talk, Meliá Listen, themed days). **Requirements** Education: * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Labor Relations, Law, or related field, with specialization in HR.
