**Bruxism** is the clenching and/or grinding of teeth, an action that can occur both at night and during the day. Decompression splints help prevent tooth wear, yet we continue exerting pressure on our teeth. Repeated bruxism leads to **headaches, cervical pain, postural changes, dental pain**, among other consequences—issues we typically treat, yet we keep unconsciously clenching our teeth and merely masking the symptoms it causes. I offer you a group session to learn how to **release the tension** caused by bruxism, thereby avoiding its consequences and significantly reducing its severity. We will learn techniques for **self-massage of the cervical, facial, and cranial areas** to relieve this tension and make our dreams and awakenings gentler. Reserve your spot
