**Mission of the position** Provide legal and operational support in the validation of powers of attorney, contractual formalization, and regulatory adaptation, ensuring proper compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in the banking, fund management, and insurance sectors. **Main functions and responsibilities** * Validation of powers of attorney and representation capacities. * Review, formalization, and monitoring of contracts in the banking, fund management, and insurance sectors. * Management and processing of official communications with external authorities and entities. * Review of newly applicable regulations and adaptation of internal procedures. * Creation and legal support for collective investment schemes. * Issuance and review of certificates, minutes, and other corporate documentation. * Legal and operational support to branch offices. * Assistance to notaries for the formalization of transactions and legal documents. **Requirements** * University degree in **Law** (bachelor's degree or equivalent). * Oral and written proficiency in **Catalan, English, and French**. * Prior professional experience, preferably in the **banking, financial, or insurance sector**, or in similar legal fields. * A profile with **consolidated work experience** is required, preferably with several years of professional track record. + Candidates who have recently graduated without significant experience will not be prioritized, even if such experience is not strictly within the banking sector. **Key competencies** * Legal rigor and attention to detail. * Ability to analyze and interpret regulations. * Organization and multitasking skills. * Autonomy and accountability. * Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
