Job Summary: Hestia Group is seeking a sociocultural animator in Barcelona to improve patients' quality of life, plan activities, and collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to promote active aging. Promote active aging by advising and creating groups. Hestia Group is looking for a sociocultural animator for one of its centers in Barcelona. As a sociocultural animator, your role is essential in: **Helping our patients improve** their quality of life by applying specific recreational treatments and techniques. **Monitoring and evaluating** the treatments applied. **Planning and organizing** the center's recreational activities. **Integrating into a multidisciplinary team**, contributing knowledge, ideas, and proposals. **Advising and creating** guidelines and groups to promote **active aging**. Medium-level qualification in sociocultural animation or degree in social education. **Experience in Care and Support for Older Adults** **Passion for caring for older adults**. Care, interpersonal treatment, and quality assistance are essential for our sociocultural animators. Spoken Catalan and Spanish. **Possession of the corresponding qualification is mandatory** What do we offer? Work Schedule Afternoon shift: Monday to Friday, 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Salary according to SISCAT collective agreement.
