The hired professional will join the center’s team as the reference person for a group within the Childhood Program. Tasks will focus on implementing the various projects of the Childhood Program (academic reinforcement, open center, summer camp, etc.). Specifically, responsibilities include addressing children’s needs and providing school accompaniment, as well as developing the academic-year activity program and the summer camp program. Simultaneously, coordination with teachers from different schools is required, along with preparation of necessary documentation for monitoring and justifying the various projects. Main Responsibilities and Functions Develop and deliver academic reinforcement sessions. Facilitate academic reinforcement and open-center sessions. Coordinate with schools. Coordinate with the Childhood Program coordination team and the organization’s social coordination team. Carry out any necessary accompaniments. Participate in Childhood Program meetings and general organizational meetings. Prepare quarterly monitoring and evaluation reports for children. Assess project impact using indicators and reports. **Profile:** University degree in Primary Education Teaching, Social Education, Pedagogy, Psychology, Psychopedagogy, or related field. Advanced office software proficiency. Experience working on migration-sector projects. Experience working with families, children, and adolescents. Leisure activity monitor certification.
