As part of our positioning as a leading company in the defence sector, we aim to reinforce our team with a **European Projects Engineering Manager**, experienced in European and funded projects, to join a strategic R\+D project. **What will you do?** ✅ **Plan, coordinate and monitor** European project tasks, reporting status to the Programme and Partners. **Coordinate work** with national and international partners. **Formalise and monitor** work across all areas involved within Indra. **Prepare technical progress reports** for the Commission and the Programme. ️ **Lead meetings and present results** to partners. **Serve as the technical contact point** with the consortium and make technical decisions on critical project elements (e.g., demonstrations). * ️ **Identify risks and deviations**, proposing contingency measures. **Control and supervise the technical documentation** generated. * ️ **Monitor and control hours, tasks and progress** across participating areas. ✍️ **Collaborate in drafting and reviewing** technical documentation. **What are we looking for in you?** Don’t worry if you don’t meet 100% of the requirements. Knowledge of how such projects operate: **eligible costs, deliverables, commitments to the Commission**. Experience in **coordination**, especially in R\+D. Coordination of **multidisciplinary teams** located in different places. Desirable experience in **development, deployment, integration and/or testing**. Desirable technical knowledge: **UAS, communications, RF, radars, optronics**.
